Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) is at the core of Microsoft Azure cloud services. The team is responsible for designing, building, and operating our unified global datacenters; managing the demand planning and capacity utilization of our unified infrastructure; and responsible for all of the operations needed to run the physical infrastructure (including supply chain, hardware, power, security, and workflow teams). We focus on smart growth with an emphasis on automation, data driven engineering, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability.
The CO+I Learning team of the Cloud Solutions and Innovation (CO+I) organization is chartered to empowering Microsoft’s future cloud growth by developing a diverse, committed and highly capable Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) workforce. The CO+I Learning Curriculum Development team is tasked with driving marketing excellence and innovation across the organization, partnering across learning marketing, strategy, marketing technology, data science and enablement. Using advanced analytics, marketing automation, and digital marketing, we are on a mission to transform our customers’ experience, motivating market share, consumption, and consistent double-digit+ revenue growth.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management.
- OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management.
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Fundamentals, Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or a similar certificate.
- Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses).
Responsibilities
As Senior Integrated Learning Program Manager, you will drive the development and management of Microsoft’s core technical training for CO+I Datacenter learners. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining global online learning courses for multiple Datacenter programs, complemented by practical hands-on learning activities to ensure comprehensive learning experience.
In this role, you will work across the organization to build and manage relationships with the Datacenter workforce, leadership, engineering teams, other learning specialists, and key members of the Microsoft Core Functions teams. You will partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and update online learning courses and support the development, practice, and adoption of the CO+I Learning organization’s “Learning Path” model.
You will collaborate closely with CO+I Learning Curriculum Managers, Datacenter field Operations teams, and key technical stakeholders within CO+I. Given CO+I’s rapidly expanding workforce where professional roles have increased twelvefold in just a few years the need to continually enhance the quality and experience of our learning content is critical.
This role involves leading innovative projects that integrate AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Large Language Models with learning content. The primary objective is to enhance the learners' experience and efficiency in learning. By leveraging advanced technologies, the role aims to create more personalized, engaging, and effective educational experiences. This position requires a deep understanding of educational methodologies to successfully merge them with AI tools and drive impactful learning outcomes.
The successful candidate has had previous experience with the tasks, tools, procedures, and processes datacenter technicians execute, as well as having a passion for the learner's experience. As our audience is comprised of both office and datacenter-based professionals and roles, you must know how to build and leverage sophisticated learning solutions but also be able and willing to deliver simple, practical, solutions. We have a global network of subject-matter experts who can contribute their ideas and efforts, so be ready to imagine and drive programs and materials which contribute to a higher learning experience for CO+I.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Datacenter Operations, Core Functions, Engineering teams, and other learning team members to gather requirements for curriculum development programs.
Analytics and Decision-Making: Leverage analytics tools and techniques to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making and prioritization of curriculum.
Project Management:
- Lead development meetings, create and manage project plans, and keep senior management and stakeholders apprised of project status, issues, risks, and critical decisions while prioritizing the backlog for the development team.
- Learning Development:
- Manage Holistic Curriculum Programs: Develop and oversee comprehensive and innovative learning solutions to include courses, hands-on learning experiences, and innovative learning solutions.
- Comprehensive Learning Solutions: Develop a blend of e-learning, ILT, hands-on activities, and self-paced modules to meet diverse learning needs for the Global datacenter programs. Align solutions with business objectives to enhance workforce skills.
- Learning Path Model: Support and adopt the “Learning Path” model, mapping clear learning paths from foundational to advanced topics.
- AI and Large Language Models Integration: Integrate AI capabilities to personalize learning content, use analytics to identify and address learning gaps, and stay current with industry trends and innovations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement and maintenance cycles based on feedback and business objectives.
- Take an iterative approach to addressing content gaps and enhancing the learner’s experience.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and manage relationships with the Datacenter workforce, leadership, engineering teams, other learning specialists, and key members of the Microsoft Core Functions teams.
- Serve as a learning consultant with stakeholders, managing and building key stakeholder and subject matter expert relationships.
- Operational Integration:
- Partner with lateral Operations groups to integrate global learning programs into established operational models.
- Develop and manage complex learning models for multiple, varied learner groups.
- Build an ROI-based business model to show fiscal contribution or savings to CO+I and Microsoft.
