The Hyper-V team is looking for talented senior software engineers that can help our team deliver the next generation of our secure virtualization platform. Required Qualifications :

• 7+ years of development experience in C/C++
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Solid architectural skills backed up by implementation experience
• Strong coding, debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications :

• Ability to work on a large codebase and willing to take on a wide variety of challenges, ̶a track record of solid results across multiple ship cycles and strong understanding of systems software, security architectures and virtualization is a plus

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of features that further strengthen the security of Hyper-V’s virtualization platform and that increase the trust that our customers have in our Cloud and Windows Server offerings. Specific areas include updating the use of encryption across the virtualization platform and leveraging modern validation technologies to ensure highly robust implementations
