We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, Product Marketing - AI Driven Sales Transformation to lead our initiatives in transforming the Sales function with the latest advancements in AI, including intelligent agents. This role requires a visionary leader who can craft compelling narratives and develop disruptive GTM strategies to showcase the art of possible with the transformative power of our AI solutions.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience in product marketing.
- 3+ years experience in a leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in Customer Experience/Sales category and AI-driven transformation is highly desirable.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Be part of a team that's leading the charge in AI-driven transformation of business-critical processes.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year. Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute product marketing strategies that position our AI-driven innovations as the catalyst for sales transformation.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling stories that communicate the value and impact of our AI products on the Sales function.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for disruption within the Sales domain.
- Go-to-Market: Lead go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to align product vision and marketing strategies.
- Customer Insights: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to inform product development and marketing strategies.
