The Gaming Finance team is responsible for a broad range of business support, including full P&L analysis and close responsibilities; long-range planning; target-setting; and other responsibilities. The team partners across the gaming ecosystem with marketing, business planning, studios, and sales teams.
The Finance Manager – Gaming First Party Studios is a highly visible position that requires exceptional project management skills, deep cross-group collaboration, business partnership, broad knowledge of gaming/entertainment industry economics, end-to-end P&L knowledge, and efficient communication skills.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, controllership, finance, or related field
o OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 3+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, controllership or finance work experience
o OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 5+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, controllership or finance work experience
o OR equivalent experience.
Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.

Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the financial operations and business performance of studios within the XGS portfolio.
- Become an integrated business partner, helping support business planning operations for studios under the role’s management.
- Assist in creating month-end financial reporting by conducting analysis, reconciling system results, and creating the necessary back up to support accounting entries.
Systems and Tools:
- Use a wide variety of systems and tools to consolidate and analyze results, including data mining and business intelligence.
- Analyze financial data trends and produce reports and dashboards to help inform decision making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
- Work to build financial reporting continuity and help support established studio specific KPIs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for data management and all system related work items (i.e.. forecast and budget reconciliations).
- Assist team with financial system hierarchy set up and management.
Ad Hoc Analysis:
- Assist senior team members to conduct analysis across a wide variety of programs and offerings.
