We are looking for a Senior Business Manager to help run CISO Operations within Microsoft Security.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Track record of designing and delivering impactful and engaging programs and initiatives that educate, inform, and influence the global customer community on security matters.
  • Track record of successfully operating and leading initiatives in fast paced, changing environment.

Business Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business direction for the leadership team, as well as develop and carry out the rhythm of business (ROB). Execute business plans to ensure continuous operations in both normal and adverse conditions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to oversee the creation and implementation of communication strategy, organizational priorities and business deliverables.
  • Provide leadership support by ensuring business activities are aligned with their goals. This will involve leveraging key partnerships to drive leadership agenda and give strategic advice, and supporting one or more key business management areas.
  • Monitor organizational health, respond to team culture issues, and lead cultural initiatives. This will involve planning and executing trainings, ensuring a healthy compliance scorecard, and identifying team strengths and development areas.
  • Drive cross-team projects as needed to meet changing business requirements and manage complex business needs. Project manage as needed to ensure organization-wide implementation of strategic efforts.
