Overview

The Partner Technical Team Manager will lead a team of Partner Technical Strategists (PTS) and Partner Solution Architects (PSA) to drive the success of our partner ecosystem. This role is critical in supporting our partners in building, developing, and selling solutions across the Microsoft platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for empowering partners to achieve their business goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and solutions, including AI, Azure, and Cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with partners in a technical advisory or consulting capacity.
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems and the ability to navigate complex partner relationships.
  • Certification in Microsoft technologies or related fields.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Partner Technical Strategists and Partner Solution Architects.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner capacity, capability, and co-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners to plan product and practice roadmaps, build solutions, and target customer needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Drive partner engagement and adoption of Microsoft technologies, including AI, Azure, Copilot, and Cybersecurity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess partner health and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate regular business review meetings with partners to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

AI LAB Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the AI LAB partners' involvement, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Provide technical guidance and support to partners on AI LAB initiatives, driving AI adoption and increasing the Copilot and design win pipeline
  • Engage with partners involved in the AI LAB initiative, ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction and collaboration
  • Facilitate partner sharing to maximize the impact of the AI LAB initiative
  • Ensure the successful implementation of AI LAB initiatives, driving AI adoption and increasing the Copilot and design win pipeline
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to AI LAB initiatives to assess partner health and identify areas for improvement
