We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Principal Product Manager to drive leading-edge agent innovation for Copilot Studio. This role is pivotal to the success of our platform. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned product leader with a deep technical background in Generative AI, LLM, SLM, Agentic Behavior, and with experience leading engineering and product teams as part of a SaaS platform ecosystem.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND extensive experience in product management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or with large enterprises, particularly within the technology or SaaS sectors.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in customer success.
- Proven track record of driving product success and growth in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
- Driven by results, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.

- Plan and execute strategic agent innovation within Copilot Studio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to product development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects at C-Level, as well as internal stakeholders, to support growth of platform across key customer segments
- Participate in prospect & field education programs, including webinars, training sessions, and resource materials.
- Drive strategic and customer feedback and insights into the product roadmap.
