We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Principal Manager to lead our Market Expansion efforts within the Microsoft Advertising team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and shaping the future of our advertising business.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in market expansion, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the advertising industry, digital marketing trends, and emerging technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute market expansion strategies that align with Microsoft's overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Partnership Development: Forge and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including advertisers, agencies, and technology partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of market expansion plans.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of market expansion initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals to achieve their highest potential and contribute to the company's growth.
