We are currently seeking Researchers at all levels in Machine Learning, Systems, and Wireless Communication & Sensing, based in Shanghai, with a strong passion for advancing state-of-the-art technology in these fields. Qualifications

  • Doctorate in relevant field AND 1+ years related research experience.
  • Experience publishing academic papers as a lead author or essential contributor.
  • Experience participating in a top conference in relevant research domain.
  • Experience in optimizing or designing hardware & mobile components and architectures to enhance performance, reliability, efficiency, etc.
  • Background in systems and networking, including experience with computer hardware, software, networking, architecture and mobile
  • A track record of published research in the field of AI-driven system innovation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cutting-edge research in Machine Learning, Systems, and Wireless Communication & Sensing.
  • Develop and implement new algorithms, techniques, and systems to achieve high performance and efficiency.
  • Stay current with the latest trends, research, and developments in machine learning and system to ensure our systems remain at the forefront of innovation.
  • Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and other relevant venues, and present research results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers in their research and development efforts.
  • Collaborate with industry partners and academic institutions to drive joint research projects and initiatives.
