In Azure Worldwide marketing, we are committed to helping our customers achieve success through their investments in Azure and AI. The Azure Programs and Scale Engines team is a team of people who are passionate about cloud technologies and the opportunities it creates. Our north star goal is to identify new ways to grow and scale the Azure business through growth marketing initiatives. We work closely with Azure Product Marketing Managers, as well as sales, finance, and other teams to create, run, and improve programs and tools that support the strategic priorities of the Azure business. Our team designs, manages, and markets Azure programs and tools that help our customers and partners to implement Azure solutions and the latest technologies. We strive to translate product complexities into actionable scale engines and go-to-market execution worldwide.

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager - Azure to lead strategic growth marketing initiatives, our Seismic sales enablement platform, and Azure field communications. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, data driven, and action-oriented problem solver who’s excited to help us meet our goals of expanding Azure growth through scale market segments and providing sellers with the right content at the right time in an easy.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or commercial technology businesses.
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or commercial technology businesses.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ experience reviewing and analyzing segment business performance and making recommendations to leadership based on data and user feedback.
  • 3+ years’ project management experience, excelling at managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • 3+ years experience working in sales enablement and product marketing for a global cloud provider with over 5,000 employees.
  • 3+ years orchestrating with vendor resources and/or content publishing teams.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or commercial technology businesses.
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or commercial technology businesses.
    • OR equivalent experience.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Define and influence go to market (GTM) strategy for key growth segments and new initiatives on the team. Identify and direct marketing strategies for customer acquisition, adoption, and retention for Azure. Identify new growth opportunities, define the end-to-end customer journey, and partner with sales, product marketing, and integrated marketing teams to achieve plan goals.
  • Identify, nurture, and deliver customer success stories for Azure Offerings. Build and execute internal and external engagement plans to drive usage of customer stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, Global Demand Center (GDC) integrated marketing team, field GTM teams and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage the content publishing of all Azure product, Solution play, program, and skilling bill of materials (BOM) content – partnering with sales and marketing teams that content in published in a predictable and timely manner.
  • Regularly assess content performance across Azure GearUp Seismic site to understand the state and health of the site/content. Leverage quantitative performance data and qualitative seller feedback to make recommendations to Azure marketing and leadership to increase content utilization across Azure field teams. Conduct content audits and archival planning in partnership with reporting leads to pull reports and suggest assets for archiving based on engagement metrics.
  • Drive field communications and seller readiness moments. Curate and manage fortnightly field newsletter, ad hoc field alerts, and coordinate seller briefings for flagship events like Ignite and Build.
