We’re looking for a highly driven, high-energy marketing leader who thrives in chaos, has a deep understanding of the AI landscape, and a passion for emergent technology. We are looking to hire a Sr Director of Product Marketing, Copilot This person is thought leadership and strategist, who can define competitive positioning, create prioritization alignment, accelerate action across teams and drive success at scale. Roadblocks are not a barrier for this person, and they truly live for big challenges, and are not afraid to take thoughtful risks working in deep partnership with engineering and cross-functional marketing teams.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in product marketing, with a focus on consumer/commercial products
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in product marketing, with a focus on consumer/commercial products
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years people management experience.
  • Experience translating market trends and customer needs into strategic recommendations.
  • 6+ years of experience working in the tech industry.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business OR related field AND 12+ years experience in product marketing, with a focus on consumer/commercial products
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business OR related field AND 15+ years experience in product marketing, with a focus on consumer/commercial products
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years people management experience.

Product Marketing M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $154,500 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $199,600 - $299,400 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute inbound product marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and prioritization.
  • Develop and manage product & feature documentation, presentations, roadmap, and ship calendars.
  • Define go-to-market strategy for releases, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics to optimize for product market fit and inform continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and contribute to the overall growth and success of the product.
  • Efficiently oversee a team to achieve business objectives while developing and nurturing talent.
