As a Sales Specialist in Business Applications, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business applications portfolio. Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND a few years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Proven years of technology-related sales or account management experience
- Strong collaboration skills, team spirit, and a growth mindset.
- Experience with business applications from Microsoft or equivalent
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND a few years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
- Proven years of solution or services sales experience.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify new partners by researching and discussing customer scenarios.
- Lead conversations and set up events within Microsoft.
- Collaborate with global black belts (GBBs) to analyze competitor products, solutions, and services.
- Implement strategies to position Microsoft against competitors in customer communication.
- Review feedback reports and coach others to ensure customer/partner satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end business of the assigned territory.
- Conduct forecasting for accounts and develop a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities.
