Overview

As a Sales Specialist in Business Applications, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business applications portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND a few years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Proven years of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • Strong collaboration skills, team spirit, and a growth mindset.
  • Experience with business applications from Microsoft or equivalent


Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND a few years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Proven years of solution or services sales experience.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new partners by researching and discussing customer scenarios.
  • Lead conversations and set up events within Microsoft.
  • Collaborate with global black belts (GBBs) to analyze competitor products, solutions, and services.
  • Implement strategies to position Microsoft against competitors in customer communication.
  • Review feedback reports and coach others to ensure customer/partner satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end business of the assigned territory.
  • Conduct forecasting for accounts and develop a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities.
