Are you a human resources professional seeking a bold, new challenge and opportunity? Come join the Gaming Human Resources (HR) Integration team! You’ll have an opportunity to contribute to the transformation of Gaming.

As the Senior Human Resources Integration Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategic Human Resources projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across Microsoft and its acquired companies and be responsible for end-to-end project management of strategic HR projects & programs.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

    o OR equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years work experience in Human Resources

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Acquisition/deal experience
  • Ability to consult, coach and influence across all levels around complex HR decisions
  • Executive written and verbal communication skills at the executive level
  • Project management capabilities to lead scalable solutions and programs from design to delivery.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority, manage key stakeholders, and analyze impact after implementation
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze HR data and drive solutions or recommendations based on data insights
  • Organizational skills. Time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Cross-group collaboration, negotiation
  • Able to deal with ambiguity, achieve results in a fast-paced, distributed team environment and adapt to changing business needs

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple strategic HR projects.
  • Build and deploy innovative solutions that streamline process workflows and drive efficiencies and maximum value for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other HR teams to develop and implement people integration plansfor organizational design, retention, employee integration, and communication.
  • Utilize direction and strategy from leadership in order to help create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others to change behavior accordingly.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and drive issues to closure through Microsoft Executives and internal specialists.
  • Manage multiple people workstreams with tight timelines.
  • Advocate for and monitor the overall employee experience.
