Integrated Marketing is the fuel that drives digitally connected customer journeys to drive interest, engagement, and acquisition.

We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated, data-driven integrated marketer and content strategist to join our team and build strategies that motivate customers to take action. Working globally across segments, solution areas, and audiences, central to this effort is the Integrated Marketing Content Strategy Lead. This role will need to influence across multiple levels of the organization to create compelling, customer-focused, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition for our commercial cloud business, specifically our developer audiences. You will use communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across functions. You will be a customer advocate, relentlessly championing the customer and experiences that will drive impact.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience working with b2b tech buying committees and purchase cycles.
  • 1+ year(s) experience working with or targeting developer audiences.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Development: Develop and execute content strategies to attract, nurture, and inspire developer audiences. Identify content needs, develop new assets and review all content for aligned marketing plays. Manage content budget and oversee internal/external agency execution of content development.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop, launch, and optimize connected end-to-end customer experiences across channels including paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), social, blog, web, relationship marketing, and evidence.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Create a content strategy and plan to address insights in the buyer’s journey, ensuring the content is aligned to what the customer needs at each stage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product marketers, integrated channel marketers, relationship marketers, sales, researchers, engineering, and agency partners to develop and execute plans. Collaborate with Product Marketing Teams to understand market dynamics, business opportunities, product roadmaps, and disclosure plans.
  • Performance Analysis: Partner with Analytics Teams to support Integrated Marketing reviews, deeply understand performance and insights to generate data-driven integrated marketing and content plans.
