Overview

Microsoft is leading marketing transformation by driving digital-first sales motions, customer engagement marketing at scale, and campaigns to strengthen customer connections. Integrated Marketing is the fuel that drives digitally connected customer journeys to drive interest, engagement, and acquisition. We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated, data-driven Senior Integrated Marketing Manager – Industry to join the Microsoft Cloud and AI marketing team. This individual will focus on building and executing integrated marketing strategies for key industries—including education, financial services, retail, and others—aligned to Microsoft Cloud’s AI and cross-portfolio solution priorities. This high-impact role requires exceptional communication skills, including executive-level storytelling, a talent for aligning stakeholders across complex orgs, and organizational and project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a passion for understanding customer needs, and the ability to drive cohesive marketing strategies across content, channels, and campaigns.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Experience with business to business (B2B) tech buying committees and purchasing cycles.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integrated marketing strategy for priority industries, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver connected, scaled digital customer journeys.
  • Drive planning and execution of evergreen marketing strategies and key initiatives that reflect the needs of industry-specific decision-makers and align with business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers, and marketing engines teams to deliver relevant, impactful experiences across digital channels—including web, paid media, social, blog, email, and more.
  • Manage content development and agency partners to ensure assets resonate with industry audiences and meet strategic goals.
  • Use data and performance analytics to measure impact, derive insights, and continuously optimize integrated marketing efforts.
  • Influence stakeholders across marketing and product teams to create clarity, build alignment, and scale best practices across global teams.
  • Represent industry marketing plans and performance in leadership reviews with data-backed narratives and clear recommendations.
  • Stay up to date on trends, challenges, and innovations in industry marketing to inform ongoing strategy and innovation.
