The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more. GPS encompasses the following strategic partner channels: Distributors, Scale Partners, Hybrid Cloud Providers, and Telcos.
The Americas Global Partner Solutions (GPS) is focused on building the most profitable and impactful partner ecosystem in the world. We help our partners build innovative technical solutions, develop their technical skills & abilities, and successfully sell & deploy with our joint customers. At the center of the Americas GPS team is the Go To Market (GTM) Organization, which is responsible for driving new and innovative GTM strategies across Microsoft’s Partner ecosystem.
The Americas GPS GTM team is looking to hire a Co-Sell Lead Manager to own the Cosell partner programmatic strategy (Xcelerate) and execution in Enterprise (large organizations). In this role, you will take the lead in establishing repeatable co-sell engagements that connect our partners with our field sales teams resulting in joint customer value. The goals of these engagements are to drive increased field seller and partner partnership resulting in increased pipeline and accelerated velocity of existing pipeline.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years marketing, partner marketing, or product marketing experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise experience with any combination of the following: drive marketing and partner programs; business planning; product management; customer and market analysis; Go-to-Market strategy and execution; competitive market analysis and positioning; organize and drive product/program roadmaps; develop insights from market research; sales enablement and field support; build and execute marketing plans and strategies; or related.
- 3+ years of experience developing and incorporating customer insights in the development and delivery of innovative Go-To-Market plans with partners and related experience with public cloud platforms and solutions.
- 1+ years of technical capabilities in data-related modeling/display solutions including but not limited to Agentic AI, Power BI, PowerAutomate, Excel, or related to generate business insights and actions
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner channel development, sales strategy, or operations.
- Proven track record in successful marketing/sales programs management
- Demonstrated creative problem solving of complex business issues through analytics, data driven insights, organizational skills and sound judgment
- Kean understanding what it takes to land field sales or partner programs
- Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of proficiency across the Microsoft solution areas
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing funnel and lead conversion standard terms and practices
Partner Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities
- Drive programmatic design and execution of Partner co-sell and field connection approach creating efficiency and simplification in the co-sell process for our Enterprise segments.
- Orchestrate across Microsoft Americas to create connected strategies tying together marketing plans, account plans, and partner offers that result in true customer value. Take ownership across the full Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) journey to make sure every stage is maximized as part of a repeatable process.
- Ensure industry integration and ongoing execution co-sell programs develop strong partnerships and collaboration with Americas GPS Sell-with team and Enterprise sales teams.
- Ensure solution and business priority integration to drive consumption and revenue across Cloud Solution Areas (CSAs).
- Manage a team of vendor resources to drive co-sell execution across segments.
- Collaborate with leaders across the business to drive adoption of the co-sell approach, seek feedback to improve and iterate on the approach.
Other
