We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager will drive initiatives across models engineering and model evaluation, ensuring rapid model training, evaluation, and benchmarking; overall continuous measurement and improvement. They streamline work, optimizing team speed and access to new models and capabilities. The ideal candidate has AI/ML experience, excels in strategic execution, and fosters cross-team alignment for scalable solutions.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, or benchmarking methodologies.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- 1+ years of experience in AI/ML infrastructure, model evaluation, or similar technical programs
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.

- Contribute to benchmarking efforts, ensuring effective assessment of models and products.
- Maintain Operational Rigor
- Support structured evaluation processes while promoting thoughtful assessment practices.
- Drive Team Rhythm of Business
- Organize regular check-ins, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Monitor Key Metrics and Progress
- Track team performance, establish reporting mechanisms, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
