Overview
The Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint (ODSP) Core Team is seeking an experienced Senior Business Administrator. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, demonstrates executive-level integrity, and can manage confidential information. They adapt quickly to changing priorities, face challenges with confidence, maintain a calm sense of urgency, and exude a positive attitude. Ability to communicate (verbal and written communication) and a proactive approach to removing obstacles are essential.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment. They possess planning, organizational, and time management skills; work well independently; and handle ambiguity with ease. The ability to meet deadlines, adapt to rapid shifts in priorities, and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment is vital. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience with experience in calendar management
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in supporting senior-level leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
- 3+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.
- Associate's/Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
- OR equivalent experience
Business Support ATR-C - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $23.56 - $41.68 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $34.71 - $48.22 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and time-planning support for the Partner Group Engineering Manager (GEM), aligning schedules with the manager’s preferences and operating style.
- Navigate ambiguous situations and arrange travel using Microsoft tools, including creating itineraries and optimizing trip logistics—while ensuring all required international travel documentation is obtained.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business rhythm (ROB), key stakeholders, and interdependencies to recognize recurring patterns.
- Execute business cadence by coordinating scheduling and managing meeting logistics according to the team’s ROB.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across multiple organizations to support the leader’s and team’sobjectives.
- Coordinate logistics and provide onboarding support for new employees, vendors, and interns, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Support the planning, coordination, promotion, and execution of events and maintain accurate, detailed records in the space database.
- Manage large-scale space requests by liaising between administrative staff and space planners.
- Execute diverse projects and tasks with minimal supervision, owning each project from initiation to completion.
- Identify risks and challenges within core areas of responsibility and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to and engage with the ODSP Admin community.
