Senior Business Value Advisor - Copilot

This role is on a global team of M365 Copilot Business Value Advisors (BVAs), focused primarily on serving customers in the EMEA region.

BVAs help organizations to define, instrument, and realize the business value of their M365 Copilot investments. They bring their business transformation, data/people science, and change management expertise to bear to help the Microsoft account team better engage business decision-makers (BDMs) in the Copilot journey, and to help BDMs and IT decision-makers (ITDMs) land compelling business value and ROI cases – helping Microsoft to achieve its growth goals in the process.

As a member of the BVA team, which sits in the M365 Growth + Incubation org in E+D, you will help establish, incubate, and adapt methodologies, solutions, offerings, and tools to enable the success of Copilot customers. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in fields such as; Data Science, Mathematics, Business, MBA, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical tech OR equivalent experience.
• Customer-facing, project-delivery experience, professional services, and/or consulting experience.

Nice to have, but not essential:

• Proficency in German or French

• You will work with customers and partners to co-create a vision and strategy for leveraging M365 Copilot to drive productivity, engagement, and other business objectives.
• You will incubate novel approaches to help customers define business value, including instrumenting ROI and business case models
• You will leverage Viva, other tools, and storytelling skills to assess and communicate value to business decision-makers and to help Microsoft drive Copilot license growth.
• You will contribute to capturing programmatic learnings and designing scaled assets to drive customer impact through other channels, with particular focus on R&D, marketing, and our partner ecosystem.
• You will work with your team to navigate ambiguity as customers and Microsoft adapt business models in the age of AI.
