- Empowering Organizational Leaders: Accurate people queries for strategic workforce management, enabling informed decisions about workforce planning, skilling, and AI transformation.
- Empowering Employees: Accurate people queries to connect people to key contact information, available in M365 Bizchat, linked to Insights.
- Personal Insights Scenarios: Features include Focus time booking, Praise in Teams, and Copilot first initiatives, addressing Bizchat DSAT.
- User Love for PAX: Users appreciate its ease of use, ability to provide precise insights, and the excitement it brings to their work.
- Long Term Principles: Commitment to providing users with easy-to-parse information, transparency, and confidence in the data received from Copilot.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work on cross-platform code.
- Exposure communicating, collaborating and navigating ambiguity in a cross-group environment.
- Understanding driving quality experience for customers.
- Understanding of LLM and copilot.

Responsibilities
- Design and build well-scoped features that enhance AI-powered employee experiences, with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
- Partner with senior engineers to break down complex problems, contribute to technical discussions, and learn through active collaboration.
- Own the delivery of components or services, ensuring quality through testing, observability, and thoughtful documentation.
- Participate in and contribute to code reviews, not just for feedback but as a way to grow technical depth and contribute to team standards.
- Improve team velocity by identifying reusable patterns, simplifying code paths, and contributing to internal tooling or automation.
- Stay engaged with evolving AI and platform capabilities, bringing curiosity and experimentation to how new ideas can enhance product value.
