We are looking for candidates to work on products that help defend Microsoft services against cyber adversaries. In this role, you will partner with product teams across Microsoft, security and compliance teams, and other PMs within Microsoft Security organization. You will have end-to-end ownership of specific product modules and will be responsible for creating the roadmap, managing backlog, driving product/feature adoption and working with various stakeholders to improve the security of Microsoft services. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts - Data-driven decision-making capability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of identity and access management concepts.
  • Ability to write data analysis queries using KQL or similar languages.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision, roadmap, and metrics for product components/features that you own.
  • Write detailed requirements, including UX mock-ups wherever applicable, for the features/components that you own.
  • Create go-to-market plans for driving feature/product adoption.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership on various KPIs, Objectives & Key Results.
  • Work with product security & compliance teams for the features/components that you own.
  • Work in a culture of continuous improvement, adaptation, reflection, and growth.
