The 3P Search & Chat Ads team brings quality-focused partners into the Microsoft Advertising Platform resulting in a more robust network and increased ROI for advertisers.
We are seeking a Director, Partner Sales - Global 3P Search & Chat Ads, to manage and drive the global third-party (3P) supply partnerships. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced, global sales account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and driving adoption of 3P search supply and monetization, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, and managing large scale partnerships for Microsoft. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in search advertising, partnerships, and customer relationship management.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 8+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.
- 2+ years' people management experience
- 5+ years’ experience in search advertising
Preferred Qualifications:
- 14+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 12+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
- OR equivalent experience.
- 7+ years' experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities
- 2+ years of experience leading global teams.
Partner Account Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,000 - $217,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $168,600 - $237,500 per year.

Lead and Manage a Globally Diverse Team:
- Lead and manage a globally diverse team, ensuring alignment with objectives and efficient execution of account plans.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development and growth.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across different regions and time zones.
Drive Sales Process Discipline:
- Drive sales process discipline, adherence to standards, and excellence in execution, ensuring pipeline health in collaboration with sales leaders.
- Implement best practices to optimize sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
