Overview

We’re seeking a technically savvy Senior Manager - AdTech Signals to lead the architecture and implementation of our Mobile Measurement Platform (MMP) and Multi-Touch Attribution systems. This role will own the design, integration, and data integrity of mobile app measurement and attribution pipelines. You’ll work hands-on with software development kit (SDKs), application programming interfaces (APIs), event schemas, and backend systems to ensure clean data collection and actionable attribution across channels.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 2+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
  • Experience working with privacy regulations (General Data Protection Regulation)
  • 2+ years experience in implementing conversion APIs and pixel implementations

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical integration and maintenance of Mobile Mesurement Platform (MMP) platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava) across mobile apps and backend systems.
  • Ensure proper configuration of SDKs and event tracking for accurate attribution, deep linking, uninstall tracking, and re-engagement flows.
  • Work with product engineering teams to standardize event taxonomies and ensure minimal signal loss or duplication.
  • Monitor real-time postbacks, callbacks, and server-to-server integrations; troubleshoot pipeline issues as needed.
  • Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) Infrastructure Define and implement frameworks for ingesting, processing, and modeling touchpoint-level data across marketing channels.
  • Partner with data engineering and analytics to operationalize attribution models and embed them in media planning workflows.
  • Build or oversee Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines to unify click, impression, and conversion data from media platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and internal sources.
  • Validate attribution outputs to ensure reliability and actionable insights.
  • Privacy & Compliance Enforce data privacy standards (e.g. (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)) across tracking and attribution systems.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and engineering to ensure responsible data collection and usage practices.
  • Implement monitoring systems for tracking accuracy, consent adherence, and anomaly detection.
  • Act as the technical point of contact between product, engineering, adtech vendors, and analytics teams.
  • Translate measurement and attribution goals into technical solutions and scalable architecture.
  • Support experimentation and lift measurement by enabling reliable attribution inputs for A/B and geo-testing frameworks.
