Join us at a pivotal moment of transformation. As we migrate to Microsoft Dynamics, we’re seeking a visionary Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to design and scale our new marketing automation platform operations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by the opportunity to build scalable, AI-powered marketing operations from the ground up. You are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve problems and stepping back to design systems that scale.
You will be responsible for designing the end-to-end MAP operating model, encompassing processes, RACI frameworks, and operational measurement systems. This pivotal role ensures robust campaign governance, capacity planning, and marketing lead pipeline forecasting. You will be accountable for managing and measuring the overall health of the marketing database and MAP channel operations. Success in this role requires deep collaboration across our business. You will need to partner with Growth Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product Engineering to ensure aligned priorities, roadmaps and delivering measurable business impact together.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, revenue operations, growth or performance marketing.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years marketing technology/process improvement experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering,
- OR related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, revenue operations, growth or performance marketing.
- 3+ years marketing technology/process improvement experience focused on B2B marketing automation platforms.
- 3+ years Dynamics Marketing or CRM Platform Experiences.
Marketing Technology IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities
- You will drive large-scale (e.g., features spanning multiple semesters) planning, and provide solutions by seeking to identify key milestones, providing expertise into developing plans, and leading team discussions.
- You will estimate and articulate business impacts and anticipate business outcomes associated with planning. You will oversee planning documents and drive discussions to ensure action and execution, managing ambiguity and complex scenarios.
- You will work across teams to provide status updates and drive progress and alignment across peer groups and resolve conflicting priorities to overcome barriers.
- You will discover insights into data using exploratory techniques and turn insights into action-oriented information for senior (e.g., director, general manager [GM] level) business stakeholders. You will identify opportunities for solutions beyond direct responsibilities.
- You will track deliverables and timelines and oversee governance to ensure any issues are socialized prior to implementation. You’ll orchestrate program deliverables, manage and influence senior stakeholders, support executive-level communications, and collaborate with peer stakeholder teams across the company.
- You will develop metrics, targets, and measurement plans at the program level and contribute to operational reporting and monitoring by tracking metrics. You’ll communicate metrics across stakeholders to land feature improvements and provide strategic inputs into the business.
- You will gather information on moderately complex scenarios by researching and interviewing people about impacts of potential change. You’ll communicate inputs to product teams to inform size and scope, develop and communicate business justification, and understand the competitive landscape.
