We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Copilot Product Team at Microsoft AI China team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of AI-driven productivity tools, working on cutting-edge solutions that integrate seamlessly into users' workflows. As a key member of the team, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Copilot features, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Required
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/Data Mining/Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically in delivering end-user facing products and services.
• Proven skills in user research, design, and data analysis.
Demonstrated understanding of AI industry, products, and technologies.
Preferred
• Rich experience working on iOS / Android mobile apps and web experiences.
• A track record of delivering user value and business impact.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience leading Agile software development practices.
• Passionate about defining and analyzing data and feature experiments.
• Strong customer focus and genuine passion for design.
• Excellent written, verbal presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed (5-25% or more).

As a Senior Product Manager for AI products, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new opportunities within Copilot Consumer team. This position blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring you to wear multiple hats and collaborate effectively across various teams.
• Innovate and Strategize: Identify new opportunities in the Copilot & Phone space, leveraging your strategic thinking to shape the future of our products.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with researchers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to envision and build detailed, customer-focused Copilot and Mobile experiences.
• Partnership Management: Collaborate with internal and external partner teams, including OEMs, to bring your ideas to life. Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution.
• Customer Connection: Foster deep connections with our customers, gaining insights that drive product innovation and improvement.
• AI Industry Insight: Deepen your expertise in AI products and industries by working on the world's leading LLM product, Copilot. Stay informed about leading trends and advancements in AI technology.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to inform decisions and trade-offs, ensuring that your strategies align with business objectives and drive success.
• Executive Alignment: Drive clarity and alignment across teams, from the ground level up to executive leadership, ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page.
