As a Global Wellness Benefits Manager, you will spearhead our mental health strategy, programs, and resources, helping us envision a fresh approach as we help navigate our employees through a fast-paced transformation. Key parts of your role will include leading and managing strategic vendor relationships, collaborating to develop a scalable global wellbeing framework, driving globally inclusive campaigns, and designing our approach to on-site/hybrid wellbeing services. Together, we are dedicated to creating a thriving environment where physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing are seamlessly integrated into everyday life. We are willing to consider relocation if you are open to moving to the Redmond, WA area.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, Social Sciences, or related field AND 5+ years experience in HR or benefits
- OR Master's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, Social Sciences, or related field AND 4+ years experience in HR or benefits
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience with managing corporate wellness benefits and suppliers, Employee Assistance Programs, and/or strategy design experience related to corporate wellbeing programs.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience in HR, Benefits or related roles, OR 7+ years of work experience in HR, Benefits or related roles with Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or related field
- Experience, education, certificate, or degree in either wellness, counseling, or behavior change theory preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple functions both externally and internally (Legal, Finance, HR Line, HR Services, HRIT etc.).
Benefits IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use their expertise to improve and integrate plans and materials in benefits programs.
- You’ll also drive the implementation of large and global benefits programs, and coach the organization on how to mitigate potential legal and regulatory implications of benefits changes.
- You will design and run complex benefits programs that encompass annual processes and collateral resources, monitoring progress and results throughout.
- You’ll promote Microsoft benefits programs by presenting program values to employees and working with internal Public Relations.
- You will drive complex, high-risk projects by resolving technical issues, developing improvement processes, and handling highly complicated escalations.
- You’ll also maintain compliance by incorporating Microsoft policies, as well as regulatory and governmental considerations, into business plans.
- You will lead supplier evaluation, selection, and ongoing management for your focus area by conducting interviews, annual reviews, and more.
- You’ll also negotiate competitive service contracts and renewals, define, measure, and monitor performanc targets, and address supplier-delivery performance issues.
