Security is a top concern for organizations and is our top priority as a company. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and experienced Product Marketing person to lead the work on evolving our security platform. You will be in a high-visibility role, ensuring alignment between market trends, customer needs, and the evolution of our security platform.

In this role as Sr. Product Marketing Manager (PMM) you will drive a product marketing strategy for the evolution of our security platform, as well as ensuring alignment across our key security products and our security eco-system. Achieving this will require partnering with various stakeholders such as product marketing teams of adjacent products, in addition to business planning, business development, and customer experience teams. You will also be responsible for collaborating closely with senior Product Engineering leaders, bringing to the market an industry-changing approach to delivering security services and value to our customers, and enabling our security ecosystem in new ways.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in in product management and/or product marketing
  • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in in product management and/or product marketing
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience working in the cyber security or big data and analytics industry.
  • 3+ years experience working for a large tech company of at least 10,000 employees.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in in product management and/or product marketing
  • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in in product management and/or product marketing
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Technical aptitude to understand our security stack as well as competitor offerings and shifting market trends.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective product launch strategies.
  • Outstanding cross-group collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategies.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Be the core inbound PMM for our flagship security platform.
  • Partner closely with product engineering, product marketing, business development and other functions to design strategy and align execution.
  • Engage with both customers and partners to solicit input used to inform product design and go-to-market approach.
  • Work with various go-to-market functions to design and execute a robust launch while generating awareness, driving engagement and delivering effective sales enablement.
