The Asia Technical Services organization is responsible for landing Customer Support priorities including being the local incident commander for large-scale events and high-impact outages, driving in region quality requirements, deliver incident management, and assessing regional support needs. In addition, we deliver on Global Customer Success priorities including landing customer success plays in region, orchestrating the MACC end-to-end experiences, driving usage end-to-end experience and performance, scaling best practices through regional partners, and accelerating Get Well Plans in partnership with CSS.
We are seeking our next Chief of Staff, reporting to the Corporate Vice President of Asia Technical Services, to support our organization and enrich our team culture.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution. Key attributes include team collaboration, influencing senior leaders, broad business acumen, sound decision-making, and a strong drive to get things done. The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-driven, and excels in a fast-paced environment, leading by example with sound business judgment and problem-solving skills. Respect, integrity, discretion with confidential information, and professionalism are critical.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years people management experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 7+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 10+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations:
Drives the architecting, developing, and executing the rhythm of business.

Drives strategy initiatives and helps facilitate for rhythm of business (ROB); uses strategy plans to inform structure and business insights to predict business outcomes.

Works with senior leaders to drive outcomes.

Collaborates with internal and/or external partners to develop plans and articulate potential benefits of partnerships and how they provide mutual value.

Drives business review cadence. Informs direction for processes related to adherence to privacy and compliance.Leads strategy execution in partnership with the leadership team across the organization. Leverages knowledge of the business to drive the leader's and business's goals.

Leads and oversees processes to ensure alignment across groups.

Sets best practices for long-term company strategy within existing businesses and advocates and presents business cases to senior leadership.

Share priorities with leaders to negotiate appropriate level of team's involvement on initiatives so as to help team drive execution of top priorities.

Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with strategy to help streamline business strategy.

Works with the organization to establish and report against targets and adjusts targets if necessary.

Maximizing/ Extending the Leader:
Aligns business activities with the leader's goals and approach.

Acts on behalf of the leader to communicate their vision and objectives.

Supports and advises on key areas such as goal setting, team culture, communications, budget, and industry knowledge.

Synthesizes information to provide insights that influence decisions across the organization.

Organizational Health:
Promote team culture and health by monitoring organizational well-being and leading initiatives like Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), hiring, and onboarding in partnership with Human Resources.

Identifies team strengths and development areas, plans and executes training, tracks Microsoft Signals responses, and ensures compliance training completion.

Executive Team Communications:
Leads executive-level communication with a variety of internal audiences.

Optimizes the leader's time by structuring the communication strategy for the business and organizing the daily communications of the leader; performs triage and ghostwriting on behalf of the leader to expedite leader's time responding to emails.

Develop presentations and messaging to articulate the team's mission, key projects, organizational/company strategy, and vision on behalf of the leader.

May perform executive-level communication with a variety of audiences.

Ensures alignment with business priorities.

Proactively seeks out relevant content to communicate to the organization.

Guides tactical response to crisis situations.

Special Project/Programs and Initiatives:
Drives cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and to manage complex business needs. Leads project/program management to ensure organization-wide implementation of strategic efforts that require hands-on coordination across multiple disciplines and business organizations. Creates clarity on ambiguous projects and develops plans for execution.
