The Marketing Experiences Web Team is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Agile Program Manager to deliver top-tier customer experiences for emerging business priorities. This role is integral to bridging teams and driving innovation. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally across development, creative, business, and strategy teams, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and success in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. With an impactful foundation in Agile methodologies, the Senior Agile Program Manager will act as a central point of coordination and leadership, transforming ideas into impactful digital experiences.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 2+ years experience with web technologies, digital marketing platforms, and/or tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Program Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring they are executed effectively and delivered on time while meeting the highest quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a critical liaison between development, creative, business, and strategy teams, fostering communication and alignment across disciplines.

Agile Implementation: Champion Agile best practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development cycles, to deliver impactful solutions efficiently.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure seamless program execution across all phases of development.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze program progress, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to enhance customer experiences and drive competitive advantage.
