Microsoft’s Business Planning organization directs our commercial portfolio’s pricing, packaging, licensing, channel, and monetization strategies. Few organizations exist that have such a direct impact on how Microsoft goes to market, which reverberates across the entire industry. Within Business Planning, the New Commerce and Commercial Strategy organization works across Azure, M365 and Dynamics 365 driving cross-cloud monetization strategies for how and where customers buy. This includes defining the strategy for Microsoft’s commerce experiences, channel business models, product licensing and use rights, and support as well as driving growth through audience specific offers and experiences.

As the Partner Change Management and Enablement Manager for New Commerce & Commercial Strategy, you will have the opportunity to lead through partner change management and enablement for key commerce changes and ensure that our partners and partner team stakeholders are equipped to have the right conversations with our customers.

You will help drive and land a change management and enablement strategy, including readiness and communications, across several teams across Microsoft, working with stakeholders to gather input and gain alignment for a plan that will have a significant and lasting impact on our customers and partners. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across NCCS, business planning, GPS (Global Partner Solutions), MCAPs communications, seller role leads, and SME& C (Small Medium Enterprises & Channel) organization to ensure we drive awareness and adoption of Microsoft's GTM strategy.

We're seeking a passionate marketer/program manager who is keen to build relationships with and learn about several organizations across Microsoft to drive growth in the Cloud Solution Provider program. You will be seen as the key advocate across our audience and have empathy for challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. This will be reflected in the partnerships you build with those audiences.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals.
