Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of Technical depth and Experience as a key contributor to defining, designing, shipping, and operating large-scale products and services.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.

Responsibilities
- You will research customer / partner scenarios and industry trends, listen and understand customer requirements, and translate them into viable product roadmaps, strategy, and motions.
- You will help with identifying long-term investment opportunities for product quality. You will define the vision for advancing product quality in collaboration with teams across the organization and build a strategy and roadmap for pursuing that.
- You will influence and lead virtual teams across the organization to deliver on the roadmap, drive execution, track progress, and lead stakeholder reviews.
- You will partner with others to define and collect product health metrics and form hypotheses to improve product quality. You will influence others to drive impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple product areas.
- You will drive end to end product development including new ideas, product specification, product quality, user experience, go to market plan and growth initiatives.
