Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in software product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to develop product roadmaps to deliver customer and business value across products and services.
- Track record of successful design, delivery, and iteration on complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working with data or AI-powered products to deliver greater user value.
- Experience with customer-centric and data-driven insights creation, strategy definition, and experimentation.
- Customer empathy with experience in user-centered design; demonstrated success in translating business strategy into product investments.
- Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment.
- Experience working in, and across, large multi-discipline teams to deliver experiences at scale.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Responsibilities
- Be an expert at visual communication and sweats the pixels. A background in visual design and delivering products at scale is ideal.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and research to help us design and implement tools to enable customers to create award winning slides in seconds with Copilot.
- Drive core feature areas of PowerPoint end to end. This spans from strategy and roadmap to execution and shipping at scale. It's critical this role has a very strong grounding in user and business needs.
