The Business Support plays a critical and strategic role in enabling the success of the VP of EMEA Cloud Commercial Solutions. This position serves as a trusted advisor, operational partner, and organizational enabler.

The role requires exceptional judgment, and a proactive mindset to manage complex calendars, coordinate high-impact meetings, and ensure seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.The Business Support proactively identifies needs, mitigates potential challenges, and ensures seamless coordination of priorities and time-sensitive matters.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management
    • OR equivalent experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience serving as mentor or direct/indirect (e.g., team leader) supervisor to others
  • 5+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training)

Responsibilities

  • You will provide strategic calendar and time planning support for senior managers, and will manage calendar and logistics based on manager and business needs and will also strengthen a cross-organizational network to enable team work.
  • You will provide leadership by actively participating in the Business Support community and mentoring Business Support professionals and lead team experience activities and delegate onboarding.
  • You will manage, plan, and develop events, leading a team of event planners if needed and taking full responsibility for event outcomes and also be able to balance multiple complex projects and timelines end to end.
  • You will oversee inventory management, manage discretionary budget tracking and reporting, and own expense management and partner with executives to build and manage annual rhythm of business (ROB).
  • You will oversee space-management processes and team spaces, driving changes and future needs based on data and coordinate travel arrangements with Executive Travel and create detailed itineraries for daily activities.
