In this role, you’ll drive the strategy and execution that brings Microsoft’s AI-powered business solutions to market. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager - AI Business Solutions, you’ll shape how customers discover, adopt, and realize value from innovations that modernize business operations and elevate decision-making. You’ll work across product, engineering, and field teams to define positioning, craft compelling narratives, and build go-to-market plans that resonate with business audiences in finance and operations functions. Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in product marketing or go-to-marketing strategy for enterprise solutions
- Experience translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for business audiences.
- Experience working with/or crafting messaging for business decision makers.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working for a highly matrixed organization.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities
- Translate customer and market insights into differentiated messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with finance, operations, and supply chain business decision-makers, and scale them globally through integrated marketing campaigns.
- Lead the development of go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy for AI-powered business solutions.
- Build and deliver compelling content—including demos, presentations, and sales enablement materials—that clearly communicate product value and impact.
- You will lead cross-functional execution of marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth, using data to optimize performance.
- Partner with engineering, sales, and partner teams to influence product direction and ensure alignment with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Represent the product at internal and external events, engaging with customers and partners to gather feedback and share the vision.
