By leveraging Microsoft's leading Cloud and AI technologies, this position aims to enhance endpoint scenarios, making them more secure, flexible, and powerful for enterprises. This includes engaging customers in strategic discussions about future endpoint experiences, identifying new use cases, and driving broader adoption of modern endpoints, including Cloud Endpoint scenarios and AI and HPC (High-Performance Computing) endpoints.

Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5+ years in technical pre-sales or technical consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Additional Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure design, architecture, migrations, industry standards, or technology management.
- Business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
- Deepen Technical Expertise: Develop and continuously deepen knowledge in key solutions such as Windows 11, Windows 365, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, Surface, and managed services like Autopatch and Microsoft Managed Desktop.
- Expand Technical Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor, leveraging skills in presentations, demos, and whiteboarding to drive scalable technical engagements.
- Drive Strategic Positioning: Build technical strategies that highlight the strengths of Microsoft solutions while addressing competitive weaknesses.
- Lead Solution Design and Validation: Gain deep insight into customer business needs, handle objections effectively, and maintain momentum toward implementation.
- Scale Through Partner Collaboration: Engage in co-selling scenarios with partners, providing technical expertise to support partner-led customer engagements.
