The Global Enterprise Sales (GES) Sales Excellence team partners with the GES Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), their office, and Division Sales Excellence teams to drive clarity, consistency, and operational focus across our five enterprise sales divisions. We enable strategic decision-making, establish global standards, and ensure predictable business rhythms and pipeline input that accelerate growth and customer success.
The Sales Excellence Manager is a critical enabler for division sales excellence, a key partner to global process, operations, finance and tools teams, as well as an aggregator of global insights into executive level summaries for the CRO and their office. The individual will help influence the highest levels, helping set and scale global best practices and operating standards. While doing so, this role will also aim to simplify processes, and drive alignment on key priorities across regions and functions.

Responsibilities
Division & Global Business Partner Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to global sales excellence, finance and E&O partners, providing insights and recommendations that shape strategic decisions.
Global Guidance & Governance: Define, document, and communicate global sales excellence standards alongside the E&O org, ensuring consistent awareness and adoption across all enterprise markets.
Clarity & Simplification: Distill complex strategies and operational KPI frameworks into clear, concise guidance for diverse audiences.
Business Rhythm Leadership: Orchestrate insights around predictable and disciplined business rhythms (e.g., forecasting, performance reviews, planning cycles).
Change Leadership: Drive alignment and adoption of new processes, tools, and metrics across global teams when necessary.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or sales excellence, business operations, strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A) OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions, including data-driven storytelling
- 3+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years in Sales Excellence, Business Operations, Strategy, FP&A or related roles
- 3+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience in global or multi-region roles
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Experience working with or within executive offices or leadership teams
- Demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity & aligning diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in setting and scaling global standards
- Organizational and communication skills
Sales Excellence IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
