Product Manager II

We are seeking a Product Manager II to support SOX compliance for complex, high-impact systems and processes in the Gaming Division. This role supports end-to-end compliance outcomes for significant portions of SOX scope by working in close partnership with engineering, finance, compliance, and audit teams to ensure SOX controls are well-designed, documented, operating effectively, and continuously improved.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, coordination, tactics, and operational excellence within a SOX program.
Responsibilities
- Support SOX compliance activities for complex for assigned areas and processes.
- Assist in the design, documentation, and maintenance of SOX control narratives, process flows, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate testing activities, including walkthrough, evidence, and responses to audits.
- Track control issues and remediations, partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to drive timely resolution,
- Partners with engineering teams to understand system functionality and operational processes that support financial reporting.
- Translate compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements into clear product or engineering requirements.
- Contribute to program plans, milestones, risk tracking, and status reporting for SOX related initiatives.
- Support SOX operational metrics and reporting, including maintaining dashboards.
- Collaborate with finance, internal audit, and external auditors.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 2+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
- Experience with SOX and especially supporting SOX compliance, internal controls, audit, regulatory compliance, and/or risk management,
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional work streams and deliver results in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- 1+ years of KQL or SQL
- 1+ years of data visualization (Power BI, ADX Dashboards, etc.)
- Direct exposure to financial reporting systems or regulated product environments
- Experience working with technical systems and partnering with engineering teams.

Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
