Newlab is scaling our venture platform globally across geographies that have strategic advantages in our core sectors of focus: Mobility, Energy, and Materials. The Strategy team is recruiting a Chief of Staff to help drive the business in this accelerated phase of growth. The Chief of Staff will serve as a force multiplier for the team, leveraging a mix of strategy, project management, communications, and administrative skills to advance key strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives and deals
- Work across the portfolio to advance strategy development and stand-up of Newlab in new markets around the world
- Drive coordination and accountability across internal teams to maintain pace of execution
- Manage key activities across the portfolio to ensure time is being allocated effectively against strategic priorities
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement new frameworks for collaboration, decision-making, and performance tracking
- Serve as a critical liaison with internal and external stakeholders, managing information flows and ensuring consistent strategic alignment
- Organize and support the execution of high-level meetings including setting agendas, preparing briefings, and ensuring follow-through on action items
- Prepare and disseminate internal and external communications, reports, and presentations
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Natural ability to foresee potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them
- High emotional intelligence and ability to detect and translate subtext to drive decision making
- Strong personal commitment to excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort operating in a dynamic and high-velocity work environment

- 5-7 years of experience in strategy and operations within consulting, advisory, investment banking, venture capital or high-growth startup environments
