About you:

Not just client success. Not just strategy. Not just technical support. Not just product. This is Client Solutions & Expansion. We’re building a new category at Nivelo and need someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technical challenges. You’ll ensure no ball is dropped for our clients, while accelerating the delivery of our most critical products. You help bring the voice of the client into every spec, every workflow, and every go-live. You own client outcomes—implementation, trust, and revenue.
Location: US Remote
Compensation: Salary + Early-Stage Equity
If you:
Have led cross-functional implementations with clients who demand excellence
Love owning client deliverables, deadlines, and revenue growth
Can switch hats between deep technical discussions with engineering and strategic conversations with payroll CFOs without missing a beat
Have written PRDs, built technical demos, designed integration flows, or drafted client implementation playbooks yourself
Understand payments well enough to discuss ACH, wires, instant payments, banking APIs and compliance requirements with both technical and business stakeholders
Thrive in chaos, ambiguity, and being the connective tissue in a startup

What you’ll do

Own delivery and revenue expansion across all existing client accounts
Protect and build trust with banks, payroll providers, and complex financial clients through business and technical expertise
Lead cross-functional execution with product and engineering to meet client deadlines
Present product capabilities and integration possibilities to C-level stakeholders
Drive new revenue from existing clients by identifying expansion opportunities through deeper integrations
Draft business requirements, integration specs, and create demos to accelerate onboarding, sales, and client product rollout
Bridge the gap between what clients need for their payroll operations and what your technical product can deliver

What you’ve done

Owned post-sale client delivery and revenue expansion in fintech, infrastructure, or B2B payments
Led business and technical discussions with CFOs, treasury teams, and banking executives about payments infrastructure and integration strategies
Understanding of payments systems (ACH, wire transfers, instant payments) and how they integrate with payroll operations
Turned client business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams
Experience bridging business and technical stakeholders to deliver complex integrations
Experience working with APIs and technical integrations without necessarily building them yourself
Created business requirements documentation, integration guides, or solution specifications for enterprise clients
Unblocked internal teams, moved fast, and love closing the gap between what the product does and what the client needs
Turned client feedback into working prototypes, docs, or configuration workflows
