Founded in 2014, we’re a remote-first company with 550+ employees and over 30 OEM and 4,000 dealer partners.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support our fast growing, innovative business. Whether you're owning the go-to-market plan, developing an engagement strategy targeting our dealer base, or completing a competitive product analysis – you will own the end to end marketing experience. You are the voice of our dealer customers and will lead efforts to drive awareness, engagement and adoption for Octane and our product. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with a cross-functional team across sales, product, risk, corporate communications, legal, engineering and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Proficient at cross functional partnership including creating agenda, leading cross functional meetings, capturing next steps and holding team members accountable for delivery to drive project success.
  • Develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive adoption and engagement with Octane’s core products.
  • Leverage data driven insights to find opportunities for full funnel engagement and inform our future marketing strategy. Share learnings across team to elevate entire team.
  • Ability to independently tackle projects from end to end leveraging data and insights to inform strategy.
  • Spearhead consumer and dealer event strategy.
  • Work closely with outside sales organization to hit quarterly sales and marketing targets.
  • Manage time to meet deadlines or proactively communicate roadblocks.
  • Effective at tackling and balancing competing priorities. Adaptable when faced with change. Able to think critically to take project to finish line.
  • Write in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 4+ years experience in Marketing.
  • Experience with Google and Microsoft Suite of products.

Preferred Skills:

  • B2B and B2B2C experience preferred but not required.
  • Powersports experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Experience with Pardot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce preferred.

Compensation: The role described above offers a base salary of $92,000 to $110,000. Your offer will be based on the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job, location, and internal equity. In addition to the above-mentioned salary, Total Rewards include a stock option package, and benefits as outlined below.
