We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Risk Governance to join our fast growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and understand current policies & procedures and ensure they align with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and understand current controls and where gaps exist.
  • Support and align regulatory requirements within Octane Business processes.
  • Communicate with other team members and matrix partners to solve problems or recommend improvements.
  • Follow-up with appropriate Business owners when issues are identified and follow up is required.
  • Manage and maintain Self-Identified issues.
  • Lead compliance initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree .
  • 3+ years of experience in a financial services industry.
  • Experience with GRC software.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory expectations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of process QA assessment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Risk policy, policy change approval and implementation processes.
  • Detail oriented, organized, energetic and action oriented.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Conflict resolution/management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Strong change management and project management skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.

Compensation: The role described above offers a base salary of $85,000 to $95,000. Your offer will be based on the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job, location, and internal equity. In addition to the above-mentioned salary, Total Rewards include a stock option package, and benefits as outlined below.
