You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

  • Manage multiple complex integration projects simultaneously including coordinating across internal and external partners
  • Execute our strategy to streamline the Payments Partners integration process
  • Create detailed product PRDs, working directly with Design and Engineering to build third-party integrations at high velocity
  • Triage bugs and enhancements, writing, maintaining, and prioritizing tickets for continuous product improvements that drive customer NPS
  • Establish success metrics for new products and features, incorporating results into the product roadmap
  • Work with our Customer Success Team and Sales Team to understand the problems and pain points around integrations that our existing clients and prospects face within Payments
  • Consult on solutions for our clients and prospects and maintain client advisory relationships to identify system innovations
  • Conduct competitive research in the product space to inform the product roadmap

What We'll Expect From You

  • 3+ years in product management, ideally with experience in payments, partner integrations, or closely related fields
  • Experience building APIs and webhooks to exchange data with internal and external partners
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work across an entire organization, from the CEO to the Systems Architect to Customer Support to Sales
  • You can clearly articulate plans for the next few weeks, as well as the longer-view product vision
  • You have worked directly with an Engineering team to develop innovative software solutions
  • You are a creative problem solver who can understand and process the challenges from all parts of the business and what they face in meeting their goals
  • You are comfortable speaking to outside parties and customers
  • You are passionate about creating and optimizing processes, systems, and workflows
  • You have a functional understanding of Agile software development and are able to "dive into the details" to understand complex technical challenges
  • Your written and verbal communication skills are strong; you can convey ideas clearly and concisely
