Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Data Scientist, AI to join our Data team.
Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.

You will leverage LLMs and other advanced AI models to automate and augment existing time-consuming or error-prone workflows. Example applications include summarizing calls from members, extracting structured data from contracts and medical charts, and helping users navigate our provider directory. This work will lead to improved member experience, increased efficiency and lower costs for our members.
You will report into a Director of Data Science.
Oscar is a blended work culture where everyone, regardless of work type or location, feels connected to their teammates, our culture and our mission.
