We're creators of opportunity. Our story began with a vision to connect global businesses with exceptional, yet often overlooked, talent. After attending Cornell and Harvard, and building careers in corporate America, we both spent time helping our Fortune 100 companies offshore entire teams by tapping into top-tier international talent. Simultaneously we realized that most US companies struggled to do the same effectively; despite the obvious cost and productivity advantages. We set out to fix this inefficiency by founding Outpost. Today Outpost services both startups and larger firms as they aim to scale in a cost effective manner while maintaining or even improving productivity.
