Retail Network Analyst
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Rightway network team is expanding due to exciting growth for the company. We are looking for a Retail Network Analyst to join the team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations on data related to complex and varied business metrics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform detailed pharmacy claims analysis to identify trends and propose actionable solutions.
- Creates tools and processes to monitor margin pricing and claim metrics.
- Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.
- Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies.
- Creates and publishes periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports.
- Make recommendations based upon data analysis.
- Interact with other departments including but not limited to, underwriting, account teams & operations.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, reporting analysis/ development, data analysis, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- 1-3 years of PBM/Healthcare experience
- SQL or equivalent query experience
