Job Description

Overview:
- In-person
- Taberg, NY
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate healthcare services with other members of the facility health team
- Respond to medical emergencies within the facility
- Maintaining general medical inventory
- Conducting medication administration
- Ensuring that interventions are consistent with treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient
- Preparing required clinical and administrative reports
Qualifications:
- NY state RN license
- 1 year of RN experience
- Valid CPR/BLS Card from the American Heart Association
- Proof of negative TB test within the past year
- Ability to pass a background check
