We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Internal Careers Services organization. To meet the evolving demand & interest in Internal Careers, this team will we need to identify areas to streamline & scale our processes. We will review each area of work to understand the opportunities available to automate, scale, and transition certain parts of our work. This team is new to supporting the Global Recruiting organization, primarily partnering on internal candidate operations.

We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual who is passionate about operational excellence, employee connection, and driving a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Strong ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment

  • Identify challenges and inspire change to improve workflows

  • Thrives in navigating ambiguous situations with ease and confidence. Adopt the challenge of the unknown with a sense of assurance and poise.

  • Handles asks such as putting together internal employment agreements for global recruiting and submitting qualified candidates for review to an aligned Internal Recruiting partner for ‘internal only’ job requisitions

  • Identifying and simplifying opportunities of work that can be automated to build out our orgs transformation of internal talent movement.

  • Identify gaps where we can build operational efficiencies for our recruiting partners to proactively share internal talent at scale based off of existing insights for opportunities or skills.

  • Track and analyze data to deliver to customers to reduce amount of negotiated employment agreements

  • Master our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools, and organizational products including Workday, Beamery, Quip and Google Suite

  • Cultivate dynamic customer partnerships for detailed processes and an exceptional candidate journey. Your collaboration fuels excellence.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience or recruiting operations, focused on internal talent

  • Proven track record of excellent customer service

  • Ability to build relationships with top tier talent and key partners

  • Experience partnering and influencing senior level Hiring Managers and Executives

  • Optimally deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly implement in a very fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Shining track record of professional growth and achievement in a rapidly expanding and high-paced pace environment

  • Working knowledge of Workday (Application Tracking System) tools and technologies or ability to ramp on new technologies

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $88,800 to $122,100.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
