Arcadia is looking for an experienced Senior Creative Producer to help develop AR projects from ideation through to execution. The role will require oversight of multiple projects and cross-functional teams. The producer will manage the day-to-day needs of strategy, design, creative and lens production teams and will ultimately be responsible for delivering unique and innovative AR experiences and a suite of marketing materials that exceed partner expectations. This role will require a candidate to flex between traditional producer and project management responsibilities.
What you’ll do:
Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple complex AR projects from pitch through delivery.
Ensure successful delivery of a full package of project deliverables inclusive of AR lenses, presentation decks, sizzle video, marketing materials, and case study.
Create and maintain project timelines, deliverable trackers, and resourcing plans.
Lead internal review, prep client-ready presentations, and track feedback.
Manage key client communication throughout the development process, and partner with cross functional teams at Snap.
Identify risks and roadblocks and work with teams to resolve them quickly.
Work closely with the Executive Producer and Arcadia’s Global Director to manage the workload of designers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Deep understanding of the creative production lifecycle from concept development through delivery.
Understanding of Snap’s Augmented Reality product and its use cases
Candidates should possess exceptional ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and complexities. Attention to detail is crucial.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including ability to be client facing.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years in video production or project management at a creative agency or in-house creative environment
Proven ability to manage a high volume of creative and campaign projects in parallel
Experience working with global brands in the advertising or marketing space
Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline driven environments
Deep understanding of video, print, and digital production processes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Preferred qualifications:
Passion for Snap’s products
Experience producing video shoots, ranging in budget
Experience in Agile project management
Familiarity with Adobe software, Google Suite, and PM tools

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
