We are looking for a Director, Agency to lead our North America Agency Team! You will build and lead a team that partners with the world's leading Agencies who are using Snap’s suite of organic and paid products. Based in New York or Los Angeles, you will manage a group of Agency Managers, develop deep and trusted relationships with Agency executive leadership, be able to work in dynamic, ever changing markets, and possess a strong understanding of the digital media landscape.
What you’ll do:
Build and execute a strategy in partnership with key internal stakeholders and leveraging your agency and holding company relationships to generate and accelerate revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at the senior/C-level, and developing a deep understanding of what these clients need to move their businesses forward
Deliver industry thought leadership and develop status as a trusted leader by executives at agencies and brands in the region
Own and be accountable for Agency quarterly and yearly revenue goals, salesforce management and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies
Drive process improvements that increase the level and quality of service for our customers while decreasing the cost of sales.
Firmly establish Snapchat as a business driving platform in the eyes of Agency executive management with a focus on scaling product priorities
Hire, develop and lead a team of professionals partnering with agencies to help them find success on Snap using a combination of organic and paid products.
Lead a team of managers and ICs to drive revenue growth across North America
Build, train and maintain a high performing team through consistent feedback, communication and support
Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best in class work across the team and broader organization
Develop strategic education tracks to address Agency knowledge gaps
Work with our global agency team to execute our global holding company strategy, aligning with the priorities of the largest agency networks in North America.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, agency leadership, media, or digital advertising.
Minimum 3 years of team management experience
Deep understanding of how agencies & brands market and measure success.
Deep understanding of media agency dynamics, holding company structures, and client strategy.
Proven success building executive-level relationships with major advertisers and agencies.
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
Demonstrated ability to forge new C-level relationships.
Must have strong presentation, communication and leadership skills
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in sales and marketing in a sales/commission-based role to advertising agencies
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally
Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $334,000-$500,000 annually.
This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
