We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join the North America Production team. The Creative Producer will work directly with internal creative and sales teams, external brands, agencies, and vendors to create best-in-class creative for Snapchat. This role will require management and oversight across multiple AR and video advertising campaigns for top tier clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely across multiple cross-functional teams at Snapchat, have excellent communication skills in client management, and possess strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.
What you'll do:
Manage the production process for multiple Sponsored AR Lens and video campaigns and serve as the main point of contact for internal and external cross-functional partners
Manage production budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and client relationships
Ensure the successful delivery of all assigned projects, on time and within budget
Communicate production processes and best practices, anticipating potential issues during the production phase and proactively providing strategic creative solutions
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Proven experience in creative production, operations, project, or program management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope
Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is crucial.
Ability to operate both creatively and analytically, while remaining flexible in changing environments
Proficient in Google suite and project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)
Minimum qualifications:
4+ years of project management, production, or creative operations experience, preferably in creative, advertising, or tech environments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience managing a pipeline and heavy workload
Strong communication skills – clear and direct written and verbal
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with advertising clients in a support function
Experience with vendors in creating and adhering to efficient processes
Familiarity with augmented reality trends
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities in fast-paced environment
Experience working in Salesforce

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$133,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
